The Gustafson 12V RV LED Reading Light # 277-000494 should only pull around 0.25 amps so it's unlikely that you're dealing with a power draw issue, but it wouldn't hurt to check anyway. With a multimeter # PT89ZR test the power at the antenna with the lights off and on. If you're receiving less than 12 volts at the antenna when the lights are on but getting a full 12 volts when the lights are off then they're just drawing too much for the circuit to fully power the antenna.

My first thoughts on your Voyager WiSight Wireless System, # WVOS541, are, there is an issue getting a strong wireless signal. You've checked power to the monitor but what about the camera and antennae, please verify that too. The only thing I can think of that would disrupt the FM radio performance on your Furrion RV Stereo # DV1230BL is that the antenna cable isn't secured properly and may just have a loose connection to the jack. On the back of the stereo there should be a blue cable going to the antenna jack, which is located on the lower left hand portion of the unit. I have attached an image to assist.

If the static you are hearing on your Jensen Stereo part # JWM60A is only when the radio is being played then the issue is most likely with your antenna. I would try adjusting the antenna to see if the static goes away but it not then the antenna may be bad and will need to be replaced.
